Lines of Descent
A member in good standing may apply for a supplemental line of descent by requesting a Supplemental Application from the Co-Historian and returning it to the Co-Historian accompanied by the sum of one hundred seventy dollars ($170.00). Supplemental Lineage Assessments are not refundable.
